This beautiful white tulip returned to my garden after last spring’s visit, from the same bulb. Is it the same tulip or a completely new one? Does it remember the sun and rain and the view from it’s pot? Or is it all new? Or both perhaps, recognition and wonder . . . .

Melinda, I love, love your style of seeing, interpreting, writing and creating. You put words to paper what I feel when I see nature and what I try to interpret in my works. Beautiful!

Thanks Fannie,
Ever since I was small I’ve been able to interpret the natural world. Maybe part of my Muscogee heritage. Translating it into English and visual art has been been the focus of my art work for the past ten or so years.
