A Foggy Day

We had more snow on Dartmoor a couple of days ago.  Because we are so high up, it has lingered.  I took this photo at dusk yesterday when the fog was creeping over the hills and down into the valleys.  It’s so beautiful.  I love how the world has such clarity and perspective in the black and white winter time.

I’m off to London Town tomorrow for a long weekend with Steve.   We have our usual mix of some things planned and room for serendipitous happenings.  We’l walk a labyrinth on Sunday, go to the Cabinet War Rooms and to the National Gallery to see an exhibit of 17th century Spanish religious art, have dinner somewhere elegant, visit my cousins and explore the city.

Here’s one of my favourite songs, by one of my favourite composers and performed by one of my favourite singers.
